HV Explorer

The HV Explorer is the graphical interface for rapid prototyping and system validation.

  • Automated Error Reporting (Sentry): If the application crashes, a report is automatically sent to our development team via integrated Sentry monitoring.

  • Feature Requests: We welcome feedback on GUI tools that could further streamline your HSI data validation.

HV SDK

The HV SDK is the high-performance engine for production-grade deployment.

Filing a Support Ticket

To help our engineers resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your email:

  1. Hardware: The camera model being used (e.g., HV1700).

  2. Software Version: The specific version of the tools you are running.

  • HV Explorer: Found in the menu under Help \rightarrow About HV Explorer.
  • HV SDK: run pip show qtec-hv-sdk in your terminal.
  1. Environment: Your OS (Windows 11 / Ubuntu 22.04) and Python version.

  2. Data Specs: If the issue is file-related, specify the format (PAM/ENVI/TIFF) and Interleave (BIP/BIL/BSQ).

  3. Logs: Attach any console output or logs.

Note: For issues involving large datacubes, please do not attach the cube directly. Our team will provide a secure upload link if the data is required for debugging.
